A Little Something for Between Sessions
Resources to Support You — Inside and Outside of Therapy
Therapy is one form of support. Not the only one.
This page exists to help you feel resourced between sessions and to remind you that you do not have to hold everything on your own.
The tools and links shared here are meant to support your nervous system, offer education without judgment, and provide practical help during seasons that feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming.
Some resources may feel immediately helpful. Others may not fit right now. That is okay. Take what supports you and leave the rest.
You will find a mix of:
Crisis and immediate support for moments when you need help right away
Perinatal and parenting resources for pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional weight of caregiving
Education and coping tools to better understand anxiety, grief, identity shifts, and relational stress
Community and referral resources when additional or specialized support may be helpful
Worksheets and Handouts: Practical tools to support your work between sessions. These are yours to use, revisit, and return to whenever you need them.
These resources are not a substitute for therapy, but they can be a steady bridge between sessions, especially during nights, weekends, or moments when reaching out feels hard.
If you are ever unsure which resources might be most helpful for you, we can explore them together in session. Support works best when it is personalized, paced, and compassionate.
You deserve care that meets you where you are, not where you think you should be.
